So I’ve been having issues with my weight, my doctors have been on me about loosing weight. But with out being able to work out it’s quite difficult. And to be honest dieting was very difficult for me. But I’m putting full effort into it this time. My doctors also suggested weight loss medication. My insurance finally approved it. But I’m still paying some. I’ve also been suffering from extremely swollen legs so the doctors put medication in for it, it’s either sodium intake, or my blood pressure medication causing the swelling. So she’s switching my medication and having me watch my sodium. Which is going to be difficult, I just bought things for my diet, protein frozen meals for when I can’t make things (which is honestly often) and of course those have higher sodium. I’m tired of things contradicting in my life. So I need those medications, my weightloss medication.

Im having a rough time as is, I'm flipping my life upside down basically. Ive cut out sodas almost entirely, and sodas are my biggest vice, if I had no soda, or no candy for like months and someone asked me, chocolate/candy, or soda. I’d pick soda so fast. I’m trying to eat less, so I’m constantly feeling hungry. Hopefully with the meds that will ease up. I need to start calorie counting. It’s going to be a long difficult process. But my pain levels are getting horrendous, worse than ever. I know my weight is contributing to it. So I have to take this seriously.

I’m not sure how much I’ll need. My gf is in school and not able to door dash because she has tests twice a week every week. She’s trying to focus on school. Her parents are helping us a ton. But I don’t want them to have to buy my medication if I can help it. I also need new glasses, hopefully I can find a cheaper place to get them next month. It was estimated at one place 400 for a pair. So got to shop around.
