Ongoing SubscribeStar problem: Please check your account!

Currently, and over the past month or so, SubscribeStar seems to have had a database issue. This has resulted in MANY subscribers having their payment methods dropped from their accounts, and their subscriptions marked as "expired". If you use the site, there is a HIGH likelihood this has effected, or will effect you. This does NOT appear to be a payment processor issue, as most users seem to be able to re-enter info without problem.
If you are supporting the game on SubscribeStar, please check that you have a correct payment method listed on your account, in good standing, and that none of your subscriptions are "expired". If you can view posts on a subscription locked behind your tier, you're good. Please also keep an eye on things over the next week or so, as this seems to be an ongoing issue. I will share if any more relevant information surfaces. If you have already checked, and corrected any issues, thank you.
I may also reach out via email for those emails I have re-iterating this. I apologize in advance for the duplicate "spam", but I need to reach as many as I can about this, and I'm not sure whether many of those who need to see this message will even get it.
