Driving in the snow...
people are bad at it.
Today was one of those days where the only good reason to be driving in the snow would be to get your ass home. That said, I did not have a good reason to be driving in the snow. I was driving my happy wolf self over to a friend's house so we could go and catch Avatar in IMAX!!! (Awesome by the way)
It was falling, blowing snow. There was 2 - 3 inches on the ground when I left. People in the big trucks whizzing by me as I get on the highway. Normally, it's a 30 minute drive to get there, but it took me right around an hour. My top speed on the way out was 45 and there were people flying by me like I was standing still.
I did see two of the trucks that flew by me as I was leaving town in the ditch about half way there. Greatest part, they were off the road in the same place in opposite ditches. I laughed as I drove by. No sympathy.
On top of people driving like that, I had people tailgating me, and others that were simply pushing me into the loose snow on the shoulder.
Where did people get the impression that this was the proper way to drive in these conditions? Seriously, it was beyond pathetic that this is what I was encountering. Common sense says to slow your ass down when you can't see where you're going. Right?
That's my thought of the moment, and it's almost 3 am. I think I might need to go to bed. Just needed to get this out before it completely escaped my A.D.D. infected mind. Now I think this snow covered wolf is going to try and get some rest.

Oh my god, I HATE when people do that!!!!!! I'm glad those two trucks ended up in the ditch. When there is 2-3 inches of snow, YOU DON'T DRIVE REALLY FAST. Unless you're stupid and want to get in an accident. I'm glad you had the sense to drive safely, and that you enjoyed the movie :3 I know I loved it.

OP
I like to think that I'm a little more intelligent in the snow than a lot of people around here. Watching people drive pretty much makes it certain. Maybe it's growing up in the snow and dicking around with it in high school.
