Resident Evil Requiem

Don't Trace, Create.
This will explain where I got the idea for the question about keeping a Chainsaw in the Nurses station.
If you were to take, and mix the 80s Atari Haunted House, the first Phantasm movie, and Dying Light and mix them all together, you will have Resident Evil Requiem. I know ,it’s supposed to be a scary/gory hack and slash, but because of all the inside jokes that I have found, I actually find myself to be laughing at times. Even though I feel the game has great graphics, Capcom could have worked on the physics a bit more. It’s also the first game that I have found that my graphics card were pushing over 14gb of video memory, but I have found it even looks great on cards that can’t go past 8gbs if you just lower the settings not by much. The only system I found that had some issues was on the ROG Ally, but it run slightly better on the Switch 2, but the graphics were toned down a little. When it comes to everything else that I tested on, it even looked and performed well on my 2023 TUF 16A that is an AMD build with a Ryzen 7 7735hs Parred with an 8 GB Radeon 7700S. I think that the rain effect was very impressive along with Path Tracing on machines that supported it. The game still looks fine if you don’t use any of those features.
Now if you are going to play this game, pay attention to all the notes and pictures that you are going to read throughout the game, because it’s loaded with puzzles. It is also wise to keep track of your surroundings. I found myself struggling at first because I didn’t know that there were certain things that must be done in a certain order. Also everything that you collect has a purpose. If you get stuck, you might have to watch some videos on youtube for hints. I know I got stuck spot when I was trapped in the basement, but I didn’t know I had to sneak threw a fan that wasn’t getting any power.
Overall I find the game to be entertaining, and is very well done.

Nice. I may have to watch a gameplay vid on YT. Sadly I haven't really haven't played any RE games since I beat RE3.
