i agree, they were very well done for that time, and the acting was good as well
all in all, they'll never recapture the glory of clash fo the titans
young people (or young minded people is a better term) will see the new one and think, "zOMFG! BEST MOVIE EBUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
no one is going to notice either
tehy'll be too taken in by the A) publicity, and B) scantily clad male characters, or female characters, depending on preferance
i frankly have no desire to see it at any point in time
although i'm curious as to how they'll manage the gorgon's head/stone scenes...
I'm pissed off Calibos isn't in it. At least, no actor is listed as playing him. If he is going to be in it, he's going to be an all-CGI creature rather than a combination of an actor for closeups and a special effect for long shots, as in the original.
Since when does Zeus stride around in Christian-era armor? He looks like he walked of the set of Excalibur.
Everyone seems to be there, Calibos *might* be the ghoulish looking dude that flashes by once or twice. Most everyone else seems PAF: Medusa, the giant scorpions, Pegasus (black?), I enjoy the design of the Kraken, what I saw of it, Perseus & Cassiopea. I saw no Bubo. But there's a blatant rebellious spirit in this film that might prove interesting.
Yes, I have the original on DVD...
you can't remake clash of the titans!
its sacrosanct!!!!!!!!

Works for this fox.

I remember that... I'm betting the remake will be better.
By the way Cirrus? Are planning to continue those comic stories of yours (like "Lost Continent")?
