I want a new bow.

No, not that kind.
The compound kind. I have an old Browning, but my arrows are almost all either slightly bent, the feathers coming off, or the nocks broken
Either a new bow or even just to get my current one retuned. I have been in a real archery kick lately, and would LOOOVE to be able to get back out there and shoot (all target, no hunting for this kitty).
There is something so satisfying and calming about the power needed to pull back the bow, to hold it steady while aiming, knowing I always shoot high and to the left so I need to focus on adjusting for that. the letting the cable go, hearing the soft "twang" as the cams return to be tension free....then the "WHUMP" of the arrow hitting the bale of hay, or the foam target.
*sigh*
I really need to just pick up the bow, take it somewhere to be looked at, and get back into the game (so to speak).
It really is something I enjoy, so why not do it? I have almost everything I need (gah...new arrows!!), I am only holding myself back.
