What can I say, it's a great concept and a lot of fun, I've even had my own ideas for some TFs. :)

Well, I had two basic ideas. In one the local office stud decides to pay a visit to the bitch only to find her less then willing. He tries to woo her, but she snaps that what he really needs is a bimbo, which starts a change from the well built office stud to being the big breast office bimbo that drops her panties (if she even remembered them) at the drop of a hat.

The other one is a bit different. The idea was someone what saw what Toby was doing and WANTED to be transformed. He comes up to her and tells her that he's always wanted to be a lion, and asks nicely for her to change him. He's been pretty good to her from the day everything started, so she's willing to change him. This would give you a chance to draw someone who not only is enjoying every part of his change, but even asks for more. It would also be a nice twist on how people are normally changed.

One last thought, though not fully formed, but since you do more then just animal tfs it might work. Basically some young intern pisses Toby off, so she ages the intern up into retirement age. I guess this would spawn off some comments about how the intern has to move fast because it's really a young woman's job.

Those are cool. The problem is, Toby doesn't have a good enough control over it to change someone into something that isn't a somehow appropriate insult. The beefy guy would have to act like a bimbo in order to be transformed. And as far as the lion one goes... I already got that: Penny. It's pretty subtle, so I'm not surprised no one's seen it, but Penny's wanted to be a little fuckbunny this whole time. The problem is, everyone is "in" on the joke on Toby. And Penny wasn't supposed to be on of the transformees. She seduced him and tried to get him to transform her first. And it worked. She was so happy, she almost cried.

I had forgotten about Penny, but ya I see what you mean.

Well, if you could find a way to work either way in... and a monkey TF would also be good if you can come up with a good insult.
