well i kinda have a lot to say about this con, good and bad. so stick around wile i blab a bit eh?

the hotel:
the best part about the hotel in my view was the amount of places to eat around! i had something different from a different place every meal of the con and i didn't have to walk more then 5 mins away! that's HUGE! now i love my Denny's don't get me wrong! but i know a lot of ppl who don't want to eat at Denny's all the time. so this a very nice thing to see. ^^ another wonderful thing about the placement of the hotel was the foot traffic outside. there are ppl walkin about, and in my view that's a nice thing to see! witch means there is some lovely outside fursuiting action that can take place =3

some of the bad stuff about the hotel is that it was off. ill explain. last year's hotel there is a long area where everyone can kinda walk to and from to get to panels and events and just chill. and it all kinda takes place in the lobby area. in this hotel everything that was going on was in the second floor of the hotel, and there was also a area of the lobby on the first floor that was being used as well. some ppl chilled around the lobby area here but i don't think it was the best place to be. mostly cuz its not very big, and there were a few times where i kinda had to wiggle my way around passed a bunch of ppl. there just isn't enough space down there to make it a huge hang out. and with ppl wanting to be down there and ppl wanting to be on the second floor you just don't get the opportunity to see everyone. now that might sound like a gripe but it might be. i like a place where everyone can be in the same place at the same time.

the events: it was wonderful to see FC with a fursuit dance competition! i think i had a better time at that then i did FNL! but i <3 fursuits and i <3 dancing so ya. =3 everyone there made me smile and they all had different dance styles to make it a huge mass of awesome!
the only thing that took away from it was the judges. i know that might sound bad but they where trying to be full of wit and sillyness but when the main MC has to tell them over the mic "lets stay on track" 3 or 4 times, it kinda gets old. and wile im still on the judges i think they kinda off as well. like i dont think a single one of them really cared about dancing as a whole. and with that i thought it was werid on who got second and 3rd place. but this is just my opinion.

the dances!:
every year my favorite thing to do is go to the dances ^^ i have a lot of fun and i see a lot of my friends there =3 as with every year i always try and get close to as many fursuiters as i can and get some dancing nuzzles with them, i was happy that i got some, and of course there is always the want for some more. but that will always be next year! the music was very tasety to behold and i felt a groove with almost every DJ there, but 1.
ohhh Friday night. this is another thing that kinda felt like they just picked up anyone to fit in. the music is supposed to be fursuit friendly and be at a slower BPM and that i 100% understand. but what i dont understand is why they would get someone with no idea what they are doing up there! when a song was over, it would fade out and then she would just press play on another song! you might as well have a ipod on shuffle!!

the costs:
not sure if i have much to say about the good side of this one. parking was over priced, we had to park somewhere like 2 blocks away just to keep it under 50 bucks! that's kinda lame. and speaking of lame, there was the small...well big deal with paying for the hotel with a debt card crap. so i might have been the only one who didn't see this one but. when you pay with w debt card they need to take a hold of 100 bucks a night as a deposit for the room wile i stay there. it never said anything like that when i reserved a room. there is nothing that says that on there website. so it was kinda a kick in the balls for me when i got there. i almost didnt get my room!!! cause i didn't have 800 bucks in my bank. oh and don't even get me started on that $7 bottle of water that's stilling on your night stand!

the over all:
FC is a con everyone should hit up at least 1 time if you are a fur. you will have a blast. i sure did ^^ i am looking forward to next year as always. who know, i might have my suit by then as well :P
