Just remember..... Growing old is mandatory. Growing up is optional. I myself am 39, but I will always be 22 at heart. Just live your life by those rules.

but you know what? if they are something I can do, I won't feel so blue. >.<
I eat bread everyday, I won't be able to sleep before 3 am, and I don't have extra time to do those exercise... =.= and these facts won't be able to change in the following few years. so what can I say? Everybody wants to be happy and lead a easy life, but first they need the capital to do that, right? I barely can't afford the bills every month, thus I won't DARE to expect a better life like that.....

As for things the way they are....so what? Do everything a little at a time. From the sound of it, you know what to do, so do them a little at a time. Stop doing something this week, next week start doing something new that is good for you and go back and forth like that, a little at a time. You would be amaze how well that works. No big changes all at once. Do them as you can. Money is tight for us all right now, but that don't mean you can't buy something now and then that is good for you or be a part of your exercise workout. No one said to go broke over this? Do what you can when you can, and you will be amaze at what you will get done and over time help you out in your old age. So cry up your eyes and take the first step to creating the body you will be proud of 40 years from now.
