Oh, I so well understand you, but people often get so angry with me when I tell them I'm not furry... for more than one reason, not because I'm ashamed or anything, but words do limit one.

*snug* right now I'm in a crisis again, pondering the sense of life when you realise that none, not a single one, of your dreams came true. And there will not be any. How wrong and naive I was about everything dealing with love. Yes, the most elementary things in life again. And again. And again.

You're too young to be talking in absolutes. Life doesn't end until we stop breathing, or stop trying. Whichever comes first, but even then, only one of those is actually forever. I don't know what your crisis is, but let me assure you, "this too shall pass." You're not stuck, you're not limited. You still have a great huge world worth of opportunities and even though we may fell that certain things in our lives are lost, the truth of the matter is that loss as we know it is a form of transition, which often times leads to even better fulfillment of our little empty spaces, desires and dreams. You just have to keep your mind and heart open to it. *hugs tight*

But dead does not necessarily come when you're old. And I suppose I've stopped trying somewhere along the way and am just waiting for my breathing to stop either. Too much fear. Too much happened. Just too much for me. For the little strength I had rescued. And no, I'm stuck, I'm limited. My wings are broken and my feathers gone. I know all these words with which I comfort others, knowing they're true, but I cannot feel they'd be for me. *softly hug back*

I've been missing you so hardcore lately. D= I sat down to do art this but all I could do was frown and baaawww because I kept thinking about our art jams at FC. =( Art just is not as much fun without yooouuu!

I want to do the Sunday art challenges for sure and I even posted a journal with an idea for a sketch challenge. So the focus in only on unfinished work, but work that is expressive and gestural!

I'm totally done with True Blood and now one of my housemates is hooked so we gotta watch the second season for sure. XD And now I'm super interested in the Vampire Diaries. Also, I've gotten interested in The United States of Tara. It's actually kinda cool and the family is so touching for all the dysfunction that they work through.

Also, Dante might be a midget, like Buddy. =3 Little gimpy dogs, but I think that's adorable. X3

I fended off a penguin invasion of North America all by myself. True story :3

Ffffffffff, I love video games, I just haven't found interesting onces in a while... until I got my iPod touch, now I'm playing games on it all the freaking time! XD

That's damned right! I was thinking about going rockhounding this weekend. Always looking for new places to dig some fossils and find interesting rocks. Like you, I have many other hobbies and interests outside of this community.

*gasp* Are you serious!? You're a rock hound? Dear god why haven't we gone day hiking and digging yet? I used to feel like such an idiot digging around the rivers getting all dirty to find pretty agate, sandstone and glass stones. You've seriously found fossils as well? Dear god please tell me when you have a weekend free to do this. I would love to come along and dig with you. Perhaps you can tell me about what some of the stones I've collected actually are. =3

I hope to get out and do some more rock hounding over the spring break. There's a few good fossil hunting localities on the coast that I know of. I'll keep you posted on my rock hunting plans. I tried getting into some rock quarries earlier, but have not had much luck yet. Being a major rock nerd geologist, I would be delighted to identify any samples that you're curious about.

I won't be around for Spring break as I'll be in NYC for a A&AA workshop for school but perhaps some time during a weekend in spring or even over summer break? You know, you should trek down here for the summer camp-out/convention we're throwing. It's basically a three day camping trip with a bunch of anthro lovers who actually like to spend time outdoors. http://campfiretails.org/ I'm planing on being there and I would love to do some rock hunting while out there. ^.^ You could make it a happening and do a group thing. Just ideas.

Sometimes I doubt it. I look at myself and worry that I've become one dimensional. So sometimes it's good to rock the boat and open eyes, even if just for myself.
