Where are you and what are you looking to spend? Im half tossing around renting out my guest room

Right now I can barely afford $200/mo being paid $6.75/hr and only getting 24 to 32 hours a week. Im looking into getting a second job.

This is southern missouri so thats about avrage around here for walmart and the grocery stores. If you are skilled or have the right build you can make more in the saw mills.

I started thinking about terms and what not and came up with..

room to yourself. Ill take mesurments as to size. Paint or decorate as you like. I am remodeling anyway.

shared phone line (long distance free within us)
shared sattelite tv. (Dvr, All the regular channels and HBO/encore. if you want your own receiver you have to pay dish extra)
Sattelite internet (limited to 7gb a month shared download. Lag is too bad for second life but it is high speed)
you get shelves to yourself for food and what not. The farm owner and I cook from time to time and he gets offended if you dont eat when he does
Washer and dryer available.. provide or chip in for the soap
Right now heat and air is window units but i am getting central put in in a few weeks hopefully
Unfortunatly only one bathroom

Rules:
You need to be over 18. I aint gettin in trouble with minors
Need to have reliable transportation. Its 15 miles to the nearest town.
Must have a job or reliable source of income. Ofcourse ill work with you fora month or two as long as your looking. unless your a skilled worker jobs are limited but fast food, walmart, etc is usually hiring
need to be open minded. You can read my prefrences on my page to see if your confortable with such things
Dont mind friends over but let me know if you plan a party
Free run of the house and farm except my office and bedroom without permission.
Hands off the ponies or any handling of the horses unless I am around (liability thing) Dont be supprised if a pony walks in the house unannounced. She owns the place. If you leave the door cracked she will walk back out
No dogs. I am affraid of them. Dont mind cats or other pets. I have a siamese cat as is
I work from home so if i am working or sleeping keep things to a dull roar otherwise have fun. Ill do the same I am not a party person myself and prefer to read a book most of the time
Clothing is optional but if you go outside listen for cars coming down the road
Im trying to quit smoking but dont mind smokers. Prefer that you smoke outside though
I try to keep a neat house but for the most part if you mess it up clean it up. I am bad about clutter or getting burried in work so I wont be a nazi over small messes
Try to conserve where you can. Dont leave water running and lights on if you dont need them
