short update,

not much had been going on, Ive been working and staying busy and taking what time i can to just get out and hang with friends. the biggest news i have is that as of yesterday i am now wearing a 31 waist in pants. i have been keeping up with a mild workout along with vitamins and a protein drink 3 times a day as my nutritionist has me on. i have put 3 more pounds on in about 3 weeks, it's a bit slower but the wight seems to be staying on and lack of stress has me resting better. so all in all i am taking step by step to get in a better state, body wish, health wise and mind wise. it may not seem like much to many but seeing my old self starting to come back as i look into the mirror has been a lot of what keeps me going. after seeing how much chris had spent on gyms, trainers supplements, vitamins, and the talk of wanting to go so far as start taking steroids to get bigger i had all but got burned out on anything close to working out, but i am back and more set to what i want and who i am going to come about being more healthy. i saw that by stopping smoking that i had the will and power to change and that setting my mind would not be easy but was in my reach.and it was something i could do at my own pace. I've been lucky to have friends and coworkers that keep me on track and keep me going, thank you. here is to what will come. this is not the end. is it not that beginning of the end it is only the end of the beginning. :)

i know with all you have had going on and the stuff that you have been working on, more than anything you got your hands full. but i think i speak for more than just a few when i say hang in there. i was looking the other day at a pic from this last summer of you and then one you sent the other day of you in your new pants and it is no lie when i say that it is like daylight and dark. your face is fuller, your chest has started to fill out and you keep that up along with the workout and gym stuff and you'll be one damn buff alpha wolf. just take it day by day and do what your doing and understand that it's for nobody but you. take some pics, you may not see it or feel it but there are tons of other that could take a lot from you. you came damn near close to dieing and turned it all the way around into a new lifestyle. you stopped smoking, you started watching what you eat and more so drinking more water, witch i know you hate but your doing it anyways. your not only eating but your eating better foods. take note, and know we are here for you bro.
