If youre still seeing a phantom message its usually an unread message in your trash.

Omg I'm geeking out about it still. It also makes it easier to organize messages. So now I can put messages that deals with commissions in highly important and just leave my friendly conversations only =D

I had that happen to me once, and it wasn't anywhere. Turns out getting a note sent to you will fix it.

I think Dragoneer said to hold tight because a script was running to retrieve messages from the old system

It is nice to have mass deletion available, not that it will affect me by much though.
I do like the function of setting messages importance level. That is a very useful tool.
