The Tribulations of the Furry Artist
I often find myself, in this line of work, asking questions most artists don't have to concern themselves. Like, "what is the index of refraction of dragon semen?" or "If a character had a sheath, would it point up toward their bellybutton or flop down like a human's dick?"
Or today: "I wish I had a naked female present, not for the obvious reason but so that I could get her to lie on a pool noodle and see what a tail would do to her lady parts."
Like is odd.
This is important, cutting edge work. May you always prevail.
Goes along with "if a quadruped has teats, where would they most logically be located?" "which end of the vent is the clitoris on?" "is the vagina above or below the anus?" (chickens, by the way, have it on 'top' relative to the ground, making them the reverse of humans) "how does this affect hermaphrodites (if at all)?" "how does egg production work?"
Keep on artting good man, Keep searching for the answers you seek!
And, you know, it will sound rather weird. But, I tend to lean towards a warning from The Outer Limits. 'Sure. One day, we Humans will unlock all those secrets and make it possible. But, should we at the risk of destroying our DNA purity, creating a childless society from which Humanity will never recover?'
Of course, I don't even remotely recall the plaque of remembrance, left by the last surviving members of the Human race...whom had scientifically become a bird man...actually said. But, I summed it up, the best I could.
No pun intended.
These are all important questions and deep, important thoughts. Yes.
