here we are the last week before r c f m, works been slow, the gym has been slow, my workouts are going along i was kinda unsure about me making the con, iv been so busy with this hole rebuilding me thing , that i have not gave myself much crash time to just chill and have fun. plum talked me into going , i have the days off and all mu stuff is set. i think it will be a cool weekend. hope to see as many of you there as i can :)

with my work and the odd time my trainer has me hitting the gum my sleep is all messed up too

lol im on a four hour sleep schedule whenver i want it. so i sleep sometimes, and am awake other times. its not bad, just for con time though lol.
