Went to go check my auctions today, and the number of auctions up on http://www.furbuy.com has almost tripled!!! There's some awesome stuff from Briona Campbell (Malachi) and BlackTeagan, as well as a lot of other cool stuff! (And of course my 6 auctions for the Spike Fund!)
FYI I'm out of state right now in Kansas working on fixing up my house for sale, so no art right now. I'm busy hefting big bags of stone and soil and rebuilding walls and replacing cabinetry... But I'll be done and headed back home just barely in time for AC!

FA+

Hope to see you there in Pittsburgh!
Perhaps we can get acquainted at a party sometime?
I read elsewhere that Furbid is having issues with a policy of keeping your personal information forever. A seller there decided to drop Furbid, asked to have their account removed and was refused, told that the information was now the property of the Furbid administrator and they would decide what would be done with it, not the actual seller/account holder. That sort of irresponsibility is simply inexcusable. I expect there will be more people fleeing that system as the admin there continues the downward spiral of instability.
Furbid's admin has a history of changing their story depending upon whom they are talking to at the time.
I'm really eager to see the linking of FA and Furbuy. The ability to have my watchfor list here pop up with links to art I like and stuff I can immediately bid on will result in me buying far more art than I would if I was just browsing.
It has a lot of potential.
But.... uhh.. I'm buying something from your cafepress next check. :D
Just one step at a time, bud. Besides, I only shell out my cash to artists I really really like. Its still a few, but you get the idea. :P
Don't hurt yourself though.
