Yes, they do. Show me a site that doesn't, and has a comparable number of features to Inkbunny or FA. They have to cover themselves legally, especially since they're enabling actual SALE of products on the site.

Lame, well I just had hopes they were hosted in a different country or something I guess. I just hate the thought that anything, even if ninety nine percent of the world things its wrong and horrid, could be forbidden to draw. It just feels wrong to censor things like that.
