Nope, you're not the only one not going. I'm not that bummed though since I normally gravitate more toward anime conventions. I am going to try to save up to go in either a year or two though. Or at least try to.

Same here, I am trying to get good enough with the art that I can possibly make a profit someday by going.That's my ultimate furry art goal. I know my first time wont be, Ill just go to scope it out.

That'll be cool. And don't be afraid to get advice from artists who actually do make a profit from it :3 It seems quite a number of them are happy to give advice.

I didn't go this year, while I usually made a killing in the den, my husband lost just as much by missing work and coming, so it was deemed a bit of a loss.

I got lucky, my parents don't give a crap about the furry stuff, my mum calls it "animal loooove". But the money, the moooooney. I wish I had it.

Lol my parents kind of know, but they think its really weird. And money…I don’t even want to think about money right now. I need it soooo bad because I need a car and I have a fine to pay and all this stupid junk…I opened for commissions yesterday but no one seems to be interested.

I'm not there either. Alpha and I opted for the closer con this time around being Indy Fur Con in Indianapolis.

I'd love to go to AC, or perhaps a better con! I've not been to a furry con ever, and they sound rather fun.

I went to AC last year for the first and only time. I can't go every year because of all the monies it takes. :/ It sucks muchly.
