Furaffinity cannot have photographs of a sexual nature on it due to model release forms being required for one thing, the possibility of people who are underage posting pictures of themselves and the extra problems and legalities of having adult photographs of human beings on here. It would bring too much trouble.

It's really a matter of the law as it is, and on issues like this, Fa has to jump when the law says jump.

If there are "underage nudity" problems, why should they "bleep out" everyone?
And is it entirely legal to have drawn images containing underage nudity (and even sex)? This site does contain them.

If someone body paints themselves, but is naked and genetalia are showing or the image is of a sexual nature, it's not allowed on Fa regardless. There are no exceptions for adult photography.

Drawn images are a different matter since they are well... drawings. Nothing is allowed on FA that is illegal under Federal law and the state law of New Jersey. :)

Here on FA we have a whole category named "Fursuit (Adult)", consisting mostly of *gasp* photos! Some of them are of sexual nature :)

But what about other rules?

I can see Lenin in your gallery ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/80085/ ) and it may be quite offensive to people whose families suffered from repressions by communist regime :) Not to mention that this is FURaffinity after all...

If they violate the AUP, the user will be asked to remove them.

FA is an art community for people with an affinity for furries. The idea being that it is not just limited to furry art alone, since people who are fans of anththromorphic animals may also produce other artwork which they wish to share.

By the way, you has swastika in one of your pictures here. This thing should offend some people and half of the Germans, you know.

P.S. And don't even think bout' those art with WW2 German (especially nazi) uniforms. Some of the artist here just soo like to draw em.

Yes, what's more - it was widely used in old christian culture. It's a cross and a symbol of the sun.

But still, it's just a point of view, and it doesn't mean everybody will accept it. In German law swastika's usage is a criminal offense.

Allah Akbar translates just "The God is Great", and this statement is holy for every muslim. Just try to say it aloud in some public place in Israel... =^_^=

It's normal thing in modern multinational society - every little thing you say or do may be offensive to somebody. Especially if that particular somebody is so easy to offend.

P.S. You know, in some orthodox muslim countries the painting of a man (or even a living creature) is a abomination, a mortal sin. So, we are (all of FA) already severely offended some religious views. Are you O.K. with that?

All I was saying is that it bugs me, because personally, I think the Swastika looks kinda neat, but is so associated with an "evil" subculture that if I were to draw one publicly or whatever, I'd be marked as a racist, anti-semitic asshole.

We are not talking about public image, we are talking about new site policy, especially "derogatory remarks regarding philosophies, religion, sexuality, race, gender or association directed at another individual or group" line =^_^=.

So, being marked as offending person is on thing, being banned as one is another.

THe only problem I have with this is the photography of 'artistic' and 'tasteful' nudity. Pictures of sexual nature obviously shouldn't be allowed. But a non-sexual, elegant, nude picture shouldn't be shunned.

Furries fucking in detail is okay.

Single person nude photography isn't.
