Congrats, what an awesome achievement. I hope you met your goals!!!

I ultimately had lost a final total of 160lbs. But then shit happened and i gained it back with interest. But now I'm nearing 70lbs lost from 500 with my same goal of getting down to 220

It's hard to keep it off for sure, I've never had a big weight problem, only around 305 but it runs in my family and it's also hard to see some of them not fight it. One is in complete denial plus diabetes and won't treat the diabetes and is not even 40 and probably won't make it there. I'm glad you shared even though it was 12 years ago and hope you share your other milestones somewhere if not here

I'm very close to having lost 100lbs. Gallbladder surgery on tuesday will set me back a bit. But not by much. ^_^
