Wow.. that's some really interesting interview. Come to think of it, it's quite hard to actually think of a story that could actually come up to expectation. Yeah, agreed on the one million dollar question: Would people pay money to watch this?

That's something that I never thought about. Many ideas were thrown here and there. The last part at the ending, guess they had a problem. Ending was actually suitable for the movie though. Yeah.. real good.

Ah yes, I listened to that a while ago. It was awesome but I want more! They could talk for 3 hours and it still wouldn't be enough, lol. Hopefully the DVD extras are really in depth, because there are still many unanswered questions.

Glad they didn't have Toothless die in the end like Katzenberg suggested. The dragon always seems to die in movies, so it would have been pretty cliche. What Chris and Dean gave us was a hundred times more creative and awesome. Katzenberg needs to keep his hands out of the creative process, lol.

Thanks for the link! I've never been one for podcasts but this was definitely great. Unfortunately, I've always been more interested in character animation and 3D modeling so a podcast or interview with Simon Otto (Head of Animation) is something I would definitely prefer more.

I've always been one for visuals and I've always wanted to do something with animation. But due to money constraints (and okay grades in high school which I seriously regret) I had to put that dream on hold to just go with Graphic Design. Hopefully one day I'll go back to school for 3D animation and you'll see my name as head of animation :)
