[02] Would you do meth if it was legalized?
I fail to see the appeal. Should it be legalized? Absolutely. Will it kill (or aid in the killing of) a bunch of people who OD on it? Damn straight.
[03] Abortion: for or against it?
I am for abortion, having been convinced that it's the truly 'pro life' position.
[04] Do you think a country would fail with a female president?
I really do honestly think that:
A) Female leadership has been demonstrated in other countries to be not just passable but beneficial.
B) It doesn't matter whether the leader has a pair, as long as they have a pair, so to speak.
C) Female leadership in the United States would utterly fail, because of the special interest groups (by which I mean that ALL of them are bad, not just the 'feminist' ones) would run her very existence.
[05] Do you believe in the death penalty?
I'm honestly torn on this one, though I lean toward indentured servitude toward the aggrieved parties.
[06] Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?
In the manner of, 'so I can use it'? No. So that the pot heads will stop bitching? Yes.
[07] Are you for or against premarital sex?
I find this to be a mostly false alternative, considering that I can't make a judgment in all cases what would be good for others. If the question were worded, "Should sex be confined to marriage," then my answer would be a resolute 'no'. However, I'm answering the question as given.

No. Though I disagree with his politics, and much of his philosophy, I find Christopher Hitchen's "anti-theist" to be the most applicable term.
[09] Do you think same sex marriage should be legalized?
I think that it should be taken out of the hands of the state altogether. A more accurate statement would be, "I think that heterosexual marriage should be de-regulated."
[10] Do you think it's wrong that so many Hispanics are illegally moving to the USA?
I don't blame them for wanting a better life for themselves. I like the fact that they have a better work ethic than most Americans. I don't like the violation of boundaries and sovereignty.
[11] A twelve year old girl has a baby, should she keep it?
The state has no right to take the child. Society has a right to ostracize her for being an idiot. The girl has the moral obligation to provide for the child, if she's a trust-fund slut, or put it up for adoption.
[12] Should the alcohol age be lowered to eighteen?
The alcohol age should be deregulated.
[13] Should the war in Iraq be called off?
I think that it should. It won't, by either party. But it should.
[14] Assisted suicide is illegal: do you agree?
I think that this is one of the cases where it should be regulated but legal. A letter of intent from the patient, signed with several witnesses would protect the doctor from charges of murder.

I don't have children, but hells yes I believe in corporal punishment if all else fails.
[16] Would you burn an American flag for a million dollars?
Personally? No. Will I shoot someone who does? No. Probably one of my more irrational stances, but the flag is more than just a piece of cloth for me.

That's like asking who was a nicer guy, Hitler or Stalin? Neither one would have made a 'good' president. However, as I stated earlier (http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/511112/) I think that his getting elected will be largely cathartic.

#4: Margaret Thatcher for President! Ok, she is dead - so lets elect Judge Janice Rodgers Brown. She takes the Constitution as seriously as Clarence Thomas, and no one could push her around. She has at least four of them.
#8: I believe in quantum mechanics. Anything that allows one to make predictions that one can verify are accurate to 12 decimal places in the laboratory has to be taken very very very seriously.
