http://www.etsy.com/shop/vym7777 [01] Do you have the guts to answer these questions and re-post
Yes, dumb question.
[02] Would you do meth if it was legalized?
Nope. Probably wouldn't do pot if it was legalized save for my most severe migraines.
[03] Abortion: for or against it?
Against abortion, but pro choice. Just because I wouldn't want my child aborted if I were female or my wife/girlfriend were pregnant, that doesn't mean that everyone feels that way. I'm more pro prevention on this subject. Certain people should just be sterilized, half of my family comes to mind.
[04] Do you think a country would fail with a female president?
Not with a GOOD female president.
[05] Do you believe in the death penalty?
Very much so. In fact I think it should be extended to child molestation. When a person has shown that they are incapable of living within this society to the extreme that we remove them permanently (life imprisonment) why should we keep them alive?
[06] Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?
Yes, yes, a million times yes. It would be a great boon to this country, would help countless people medically, and also....MONEY, MOTHERFUCKING MONEY. Not to mention it'd help if Mexico and Canada legalized it right along with us, and all but kill the illegal drug trade. Sure, there'd still be coke, but it's not half as big as pot.
[07] Are you for or against premarital sex?
There is no such thing as post-marital sex. *rimshot* But seriously, marriage is a social and civil contract between two people, not some mystical sanction of putting penii into vaginae. People put too much importance on sex. Sex is a natural act, one that feels GOOOOOD, one that keeps our species alive. Sex is sex, love is love. They can be exclusive to one another.
[08] Do you believe in God?
Nope, neither do I believe in Santa Claus, the Easter bunny, Count Chocula or that Furry A is a "real live animal for serious guys, you just can't see, feel, smell, hear or in any other way experience my tail other than me telling you it's there." Right, and my cock is 5 yards long and sings show tunes, you just can't see, feel, smell or hear it either. But if you ask nicely, you can taste it.
[09] Do you think same sex marriage should be legalized?
Yes. There is no argument against it that doesn't ultimately come down to "God says it's wrong" or "EWWWW FAGS." Neither of which are valid reasons to do anything.
[10] Do you think it's wrong that so many Hispanics are illegally moving to the USA?
I think it's wrong that these people who are so vehemently against it are forgetting that their families emigrated here too. I'm part Cherokee. Also part German, Irish, Scottish and English. So...I'm pretty sure that I'm more immigrant than native. The excuses these people are using are ridiculous too.
[11] A twelve year old girl has a baby, should she keep it?
A better option than letting a 12 year old try to raise a child, or letting it rot in the wholly inefficient adoption process is force the parents to raise it. Their child, their responsibility for what that child does. I know you can't watch your child at all times, and some children are just so lead-lined dense that you couldn't get an idea through their head with a fucking DRILL, but that's one of the responsibilities of being a parent. It's YOUR job to raise that child right, and if you fail that, it should be your consequences.
[12] Should the alcohol age be lowered to eighteen?
Yes. Hate to go to the cliche example of the soldier returning from war with no legs, but can't get a drink because he's only 20.
[13] Should the war in Iraq be called off?
First, there was no war in Iraq. No more than the bully in first grade pushing you back down into the sandbox was a war. We're trying to keep our place as "big boy on the playground" secured in this time of relative peace since there's no BBEG to fight and keep us relevant.
[14] Assisted suicide is illegal: do you agree?
No. My father suffered through the indignity of senility and stroke, and I KNOW I KNOW in my heart, and in my mind that if he had the option of ending his life and foregoing the pain of looking at the man he raised for 20 years, the child he adopted at 3 months and loved as if he were his own, and not knowing who the hell he was. He would have taken it. No one should ever know that pain. No one.
[15] Do you believe in spanking your children?
Pain is the most natural and immediate way of learning "don't do that." It's not a social thing it's mental. You associate pain with a certain behavior, you start thinking twice about doing it. How many times do you have to touch a hot stove before you learn not to. How many times did you pull something down on your head before you learned that cords aren't to be tugged? It's natural human nature. Spank your kids. It might save them getting an ass beating later in life for being fucking stupid.
[16] Would you burn an American flag for a million dollars?
Yes. It's a piece of cloth. I love and respect my country, and its flag, but it's just a symbol, a physical representation of that feeling. Destroying the symbol doesn't destroy the feeling.
[17] Who do you think would have made a better president? McCain or Obama?
I am definitely sure that Obama is still better than McCain, or god forbid, Palin's crazy ass. But he is certainly NOT the president I thought he'd be. He is kind of like Fable at this point. Promising so much, yet delivering so little. I just hope that his inactions and his lack of leadership hasn't damaged peoples' opinions on the Democrats for the upcoming Bobby Jindal/Sarah Palin race...*shudder* Those two are fucking nuts.
[18] Are you afraid others will judge you from reading some of your answers?
Afraid? no. I'm sure people disagree with me, a lot of my opinions are very unpopular it seems. And people are free to judge me as much as they'd like. I just hope that it won't discourage anyone from interacting with me. I may have views, and hold them strongly, but I respect others' views. If they want to seek comfort from an invisible man in the sky, that's their choice, just as it's mine to not. And I'm not naive enough to think that either of us are going to change the others' mind.
Yes, dumb question.
