Obviously, because other people have touched it too...so that's gross. But you're touching it to get SOAP. Which you're then going to use to WASH YOUR GODDAMN HANDS! You won't have the fucking germs on your hands for more than 3 seconds!!!! The soap dispenser could be covered completely with human SHIT and it wouldn't matter, because you're WASHING YOUR HANDS IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARDS!
