So I was in direct contact with the land owner for Furnation:Dragon and Dystopia as recommended by friends and prior journal commentors. However for some reason the owner has decided to keep the ban in place and has told me to stop contacting them. As such I've created a ticket with Linden Support. A friend linked me a page on Secondlife.com that states first offense is a warning, second is a suspension, and then 3rd is a ban. Not ban on the first. So hopefully Linden will intervene, if not I have one final course of action to fix the issue myself ;D
