Ah, yeah, that will happen with CRT monitors as they get old. Sucks :( Large monitors are getting very cheap these days compared to what they used to be. I think I paid around 600 dollars for my 24" 1920x1200 monitor 3 or 4 years ago, but you can get them now for nearly 200 dollars. :|

Of course, you'd also need to make sure that your computer can actually display in that resolution. A lot of older video cards can't.

Funny enough, I just finished building my new monster of a computer. Went to go fire it up to make sure I didn't wire anything wrong and.... the monitor won't plug into the new PC. Apparently the monitor is too old... so now I have to get a VGA to DVI converter until I can save up enough to get a new monitor.

Yeah, I caught that on Facebook yesterday. I wonder what took them so long to announce it - Wal Mart had the release date a week ago.

The special features sound good, especially "Legend of the Boneknapper Dragon".

Kinda glad they decided against releasing it in 3D right away. I was ready buy a 3D TV but I'd rather wait for the prices to come down.

blu rays are capable of having 2 versions in the same disk..
