Sorry for my lack of responses to all your comments and my lack of thank you's to all the watchers I've had since I've been unable to respond (all 43 of you, thanks for watching. You guys rock --- even if you're only watching because I'm Crowchild's PR for the time being. You still rock anyway ^ ^).
As for my lack of responses; I now have tendinitis in both my hands. I couldn't type for least three weeks. I've gone to the doctor, and I'm on medication, but my hands are pretty much useless for typing (unless I'm ever in the mood for searing hand pain --- which of course is no). I'm using a speech to text program to help me type this now. So far so good. It's taking quite a bit of time to calibrate the silly thing, but at least it's making words on the page that can eventually form coherent sentences. But if the pain in my hands doesn't improve, I may have to get collagen injections --- which scares the bajesus out of me (phobias and all that nonsense).
I'm currently out of town, but I don't know how much longer that will be for. The store were working at has asbestos cleaners kicking up all sorts of God only knows what. It's nausea and migraines for everybody, and since I'm on medication that makes me dizzy and nauseous, and just a tad bit sleepy, the addition isn't making for a happy kitty. Really nobody's happy, and if things don't improve, they're not going to have any workers to show up, because we're all throwing up --- or worse.
On the writing front, I've had to put down all of my furry related projects to make time for a mainstream, steam-punk erotica piece. Despite the painful hand setback, I still plan to attempt to meet the September deadline. The deadline is probably the reason for the extra bout of tendinitis, but now I don't have to use my hands to the extent that I was. since it isn't furry related I probably won't post it here --- technically I can't post it here, but if it gets accepted anywhere I'll post links.
So far this has been a pretty crappy summer. Emotional problems in June, physical problems in July, financial problems that have persisted throughout, and August isn't starting out all that great --- I hope the rest of the month turns out better. Despite all this, I think I'm doing okay (but that may just be the anti-anxiety meds my doctor put me on).
I know it seems like I have a lot of negative to report on, but really things could be a whole lot worse. I've introduced Crowchild to Nip/Tuck. That world is definitely full of lots of examples of how a situation could turn ugly quickly. Things are certainly not that bad. I never watched all the way through season seven (I think I didn't have cable around season five, I can't remember), but it's still one of my favorite shows. And now I've got Crow addicted too --- I'm amazed that he can sketch while he watches. Sometimes it's hard to look away.
Thanks again to all my new watchers, and all the well-wishers and supporters. You guys are great.
Take care of yourselves,
Tyvara

I'm just glad that the pain in my leg turned out to be compressed discs and scoliosis related. At least scoliosis complications were expected.
My chiropractic doctor (he's more of a New Age healer than just a chiropractor) gave me a natural hormone cream. It helped me a lot when I was younger when I almost had my cervix frozen --- which never happen because of this cream. So I figure it's worth giving it another try. The worst case, I use this cream for a month or so, and nothing improves with my hands; then I just go get the collagen shots. I just want to go the natural route first --- it requires less needles.
I already run a high risk of carpal tunnel syndrome, so I'm not surprised that this happened I just didn't think it would happen this early. I figured I'd be a little bit older, maybe my 30s. But I have really delicate bone structure so that probably didn't help me at all.
It does feel good to be writing/communicating again. It was so strange going back to lurking when I have so much to say.
Thanks for stopping in to say hi. ^ ^

All the fan comments is part of the reason why had to stop replying. That and trying to meet a writing deadline didn't help either. But I'm sure it'll work out in the end.
