The pendulum swings back on my tail of woe. 14th journal

This is my head.
Good news! Good news! And some strange news too. For the full story of Uncle Monty's Tail of Woe, start here http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/156159/ . It's been up and down the last month or so. Bad news followed by good and then by bad again over and over. Well, it's on the good side once again (and I prefer to start on this side).
I called the insurance claim adjuster and he said that the claim stays since they already paid it off and they don't take it back. That's a huge relief to me (I can breath again). So basically, the insurance company owns the car now and I don't have to worry I about it anymore.
I still want to find where the car is though. I planned (more on it later) to visit the former "friend" in jail this weekend and ask him where is it. I was going to tell him that I don't want to deal with the hassle of the trail and testifying (which is true. I don't look forward to all that). I want to tell him "I giving you a break, tell me where is the car and I'll will drop the charges". I hoped that he'll give up the information and I can recover the car for th insurance company.
Which brings up the strange news. I said I was because I just found out that someone bailed him out again a couple of days ago. I thought no way someone would be crazy enough (someone out there is crazier than me, go figure) to get his sorry ass out of jail. If get got the car out if the repair shop, I don't know he still in town. I have a few people on the lookout so I hope I can a location of the car soon. Otherwise I'm afraid that he along with the car is long gone as he makes good on his talk about going to New England.
Even if his succeeds in skipping bail, I believe he'll get caught eventually. I also found out he has quite a criminal record (I wish I knew this beforehand). So he'll screw up soon or later and be even deeper in hot water. Running out of state with a felony will bring out the big guns. He already has that resisting arrest and failure to identify charge when he tried to run on that driving without a license warrant. It'll be interesting where how this one will turn out.
Well, I don't have to worry about it financally anymore. But do I want whole situation to settle like it should with the insurance company getting the car which they now own. They have been very "progressive" with the claim while others (Boo to the lazy police department in general) not so helpful. While the are big enough that they absorb the loss with no problem, I hate to see them with the sort end of the stick. I give them the news (and and more information if I can get them) tomorrow and hopefully they can do something with it.
Let this be a lesson to ya. Don't trust anyone, no matter how much of a good "friend" they seem. These people are slick and take advantage of good Samaritans without missing a beat. Not only they screw their friends, but themselves as it will eventually catches up with them. I feel sorry for his latest "victim" that bailed him. That poor sucker will get a surprise when he runs. I'm tempted to find out who so I can warn them (If it's not too late).
On a happier note, I surpassed 6000 pageviews not too long ago. Thanks guys. *hugs and kisses* I also almost reached 700 favs (just 3 more to go as I write this) *more hugs and kisses* Not that the number signifying much. it's nice to know people are watching out there. Btw, I haven't been thanking the new watchers lately like I used to. A FA tradition to be sure, but all this madness I'm going through has really put a damper on things. But be assured that I'm grateful to all of you. *takes a bow* I really appreciate it. And thank you for all your patients too.
Too bad I don't have any porn that I know you want and love for you all lately. I'm slowly getting back into things as it were. Now that I passed over the latest speedbump without too much trouble, I can restart my arts (or what I like to call art) hopefully soon. It has taken a toll on my but I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Though with the up and downs, it's probably a train or something.
Hoped I didn't bored you with all of my problems. I'm just glad it's almost over. Trying up a few lose ends and you won't have to gouge your eyes anymore. I wonder how many people left reading these monstrous journals. *listens and hears the sound of crickets* Eep. I killed them. :(

FA+

But, YES! Go good guys! At least the claim went through and you're awfully nice for not giving up just because your financial errors in it are gone. Heh, a nice dragon through it all.
