I'm sick and tired of this:

Oh, you like animals and you like wolf hunting(or hunting in general)? Nope, you're an animal hater.
Really?
It's just gotten so freaking annoying. I wasn't aware animal supporters were supposed to like seeing wild animals becoming road kill or starving from lack of food or being over populated.
Yes, humans are 'over populated' but it isn't exactly legal to go around shooting people out of 'population control'.
I like animals, but I think the survival of our species is pretty damned important.
I'm pretty sure a rancher in Idaho who is having his livestock taken from him by wild animals with no compensation for the lost profit has every right to be upset.
I don't support removing the Canadian grey wolf from Idaho completely, because yes it DOES need to be there, but now it is at a number where it can be hunted, which it should be. Canadian greys are much bigger than the grey wolf that used to be in Yellowstone, and common sense should tell you that it's going to require much more food.
Predator prey relationships are good in most cases, though when the predator has such an impact on the prey that it is pretty much a constant struggle between the two that the prey is having a hard time producing young, that should send out an alert that this is a problem. And humans have to step in.
And if these wolves are turning to unnatural prey such as cattle (when their 'natural' prey begin to fall), that should tell you something is wrong.
Wolves are becoming brave, who's not to say they aren't going to start taking cats/dogs from neighborhoods, and hell knows what else they'll be taking.
I'm just so sick of people looking at wolves like they are gods, like they can kill whatever the hell they want, even humans.
There are other animals that need our help and most of these people are stuck on wolves.
