References and detailed information are HUGELY preferred. This includes expressions and poses.

Also, you as the paying customer reserve the right to have your commission reasonably refunded or put on hold for payment issues.

My policy on payment goes as follows:
Once you as the customer provides me complete information about your desired commission, if it is only a sketch that is commissioned, I will finish it and expect you to pay afterwards. If it is anything other than just a sketch, I will provide a rough sketch and if you are happy with it, I will then expect payment to complete said commission.
