you switch the word icon to be after the persons name.

to make it the username withotu icon, you use [ url= link to webpage here] USERNAME [ /url] without spaces

The other one is without the avatar name beside it it works in vice-versa, :username icon: instead of the other way around.

you can also use :link username: - no space and of course write the user's name in the username spot. (without the icon at all, just shown in a text link to the person.)
