every now and than i have a dream... not the dream of little kids playing together all happy like.

I don't know what it is about, but i always wake up after, always crying, some times screaming.

I don't remember the dream, but after it i am always afraid of going back to sleep. Its horrible.. disturbing, and i really don't know how to deal with it.
