The economy has hit everyone hard... even Stunticons. They get depressed too. Hell, I hear Swindle is considering selling his brothers for scrap again.

Swindle is one of the Combaticons, he's the yellow jeep. Deadend, Wildrider, Dragstrip, Breakdown, and Motor Master were the Stunticons. Swindle, Vortex, Blast-Off, Brawl, and Onslaught were the Conbaticons.

Heh, I've been collecting these things since the 80's, so that's something that leaped out at me. x3

Correct. I intentionally used Swindle (who I know is a Combaticon). In one episode of G1, he sold the other Combaticons for scrap before he was forced to retrieve all of their parts back and reconstitute the team. :P

Stunticons works because it was a car that went flying off, in the video, with an apparent deathwish.

And yes--I've been collecting them on and off since the 80's as well. :) I also have the unfortunate added benefit of remembering the stories and mythologies too well. :)

I knew that, I just thought it strange to link the two together like that. x3 Hell, Swindle would sell Megatron's parts if he thought he could get away with it, or there was a big enough pay-off. I was just saying that adding in the fact that Swindle was a Combaticon would've helped more. =3 I knew what you was talking about, but others might not.

The irony of the fact that the Combaticon's were originally Starscream's creations (as seen in "Starscream's Army" where he built them out of old scrapped vehicles on a deserted island, gave them energon cubes [which is supposed to miraculously not only fix them, but completely reformat them and give them 'sparks', apparently.] and tried to use them to take control of the Decepticons.) hasn't escaped me. x3

I'm the same way. I'm sort've the unofficial 'Token TransGeek' around my area. =3 I've even designed a fare share of my own, and have several OCs in the universe. I don't mean I've designed actual toys of course, that'd be awesome, I just meant I've designed several characters like that. Even built quite a few out of LEGOs.

Nuts and Youch! After growing up and watching C.H.I.P's on TV this crash takes the cake... How this person survived is a miracle.

The douche bag had been arrested an hour before the crash and released, he had an underage girl with him, unopened alcohol, traces of weed and drug paraphernalia in the car but passed a field sobriety test so the officer released him after citing him. From the looks of it, the guy never hit his brakes so I'm wondering if the guy was committing suicide.

Glad the guy is ok. That brings a whole new meaning to "get some air".

He caused the freeway to be closed for 6 hours? AND he survived? Pity. Hopefully he'll have to pay for the clean-up around the freeway and damage to the bridge at least.

Should put him on the curb and say good luck healing. He was very lucky that he hit a guard rail by a bridge.

Being launched into the air took away a lot of energy, and also put the car in a position to dissipate even more on impact with the bridge support. Had the car not been launched, a lot more energy probably would've gone into the driver and killed him.
