Likes: The whole anthropomorphic animal thing. I've been fascinated by it ever since I was a kid, before I even knew the term "furry" or that there was a fandom.

Dislike: The fandom just seems like a magnet for every disturbing fetish/kink out there. Even with the filter, there are plenty of "WTF?" pieces of work out there. Not saying I'm perfect though; personally think I'm a little bit of a nut-job too. But I keep what may be considered odd to myself.

As a college student majoring in science, with enough psychology courses to minor in also, I wonder if there is a tie between a theoretical "furry gene" and a "insert fetish here" gene. Ok, I'm probably just sounding crazy now aren't I?

Yeah, it seems that too much of the fandom is full of people who are open with their fetishes. Too open, in fact.
I mean seriously, nobody WANTS to know other people's sick fetishes. It's no wonder that the fandom is perceived as some sick "fetish" group.

Like seriously, there's 900% more weird fetish shit on FA (even with Mature filter off), than there is on a normal porn site. There must be a link between the two. Fuck.
