Bwahahahahhahaa.... Sure if you want a stick figure.
Do you do commissions/badges?
If you want to pay for a stick figure you may commission me, price is E0.05, you have to supply your own pencil and paper tho.

Yes I do own quite some prints and CDs.

Nope.

Well the way I see it you have multiple options, I'll name a few.
a. You could go to the bar, grab a beer and talk to somebody else.
b. You could stand there looking like an idiot and keep staring at us until we notice you.
c. You can interrupt our conversation, unless you have a bloody good reason to do so, you might get told to fuck off.
d. Buy me a drink, I'll thank you for it and continue my conversation with the other person, but at least I acknowledged your existence, didn't I? That's what you wanted wasn't it?

For the snuggle part. Only a few people can, and they know who they are. So if you have to ask yourself the question, can I snuggle with you, then you can't.

If I have some time to spare, possibly. Tho I prefer to spend my time in the company of people that I know. So introduce yourself first ;).

Most of the time yes.
Seriously, I am when I'm in idle mode. Just approach me and find out. If I'm talking and you interrupt I'm not nice. If I'm busy with a rush job that needs to be done, I can be a bit blunt to get the point across. If I'm filming and you jump in front of the camera ruining the footage you might find a tripos shoved up your arse, but otherwise I'm nice. Really!
