For the snuggle part. Only a few people can, and they know who they are. So if you have to ask yourself the question, can I snuggle with you, then you can't.

Most of the time yes.
Seriously, I am when I'm in idle mode. Just approach me and find out. If I'm talking and you interrupt I'm not nice. If I'm busy, I can be a bit blunt to get the point across. If I'm filming and you jump in front of the camera ruining the footage you might find a tripos shoved up your arse, but otherwise I'm nice. Really!
