my ps3 slim won't play games any more is there a why to fix this?

umm try a disc cleaner, but chances ar elikely something is wrong with the rive and youll prolly have to have sony repair it

well my game froze i pressed the power button but it wouldn't turn off so i unpluged it from the back so now it won't play disc games or and any discs for that matter

It has to do with something internal with the console. Call Sony and you'll have to get them to repair it. Hopefully it's still under warently

you have to ask them when u call them. I'm not sure why they wouldn't

back up your saves, they usually reformat any systems they recieve for repair

If it won't read discs at all, there's a chance that the bluray lense needs cleaning. Call sony, though; they may have you try and reformat your system first.
