I ihs mad the first box finally arrived but i can't use it. Because i can't find the the old request number and they didn't have my phone number or e-mail right. So i had to call them again to request to send in my ps3. Now i have to wait another "3-5 days" more like 2 weeks for the new one from fedex. Sony and fedex are both at fault firstly for Sony getting my e-mail and phone number wrong if they got it right i could look up my old request number i spelled out my e-mail to them. And for fedex taking 5 f-ing days to ship it out and another 7 days to deliver it. the box was sitting in troutdale Oregon for 5 f-ing days. found the tracking number on the label on the box and look it up i just want burn a fedex place to the f-ing ground remind me to never use fedex. they should used ups i never once had a problem with them.
