Are parents really that bad nowadays?

A-ha-ha! You are as PRESUMPTUOUS as you are POOR and IRISH.
So I saw a mother with her daughter, the woman smoking a cigarette right next to her, a pretty usual sight.
Until, I saw it right before my very eyes, that pathetic excuse for a mother handed the cigarette to her TWELVE YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, and let her smoke it!
Not only did she smoke near her, but she actually LET her do the same too!
What kind of parent ruins their child's health like that? Honestly.
I can already see that poor girl looking 80 with lung cancer when she'll hit her 20's.

of course I'm pretty sure that's why I'm asthmatic now and prone to some form of lung cancer, but whatever. D:
