I use Second life's viewer 2.0. It's the most stable veiwer for me. But some of the things the old viewer use to display, aren't there anymore, and other things take a bit of clicking to get to.

On the name, The Fantastic Mr. Mocha sounds good. Seems like a reference to The Fantastic Mr. Fox.

I'm not sure if a new graphics card will help, with crashes, but it might. What kind of graphics card are you using now?
I use to crash allot when I had two Nvidia Gforce 7800 GTX. The crashes were due to the drivers. Updating them was the problem, the newer divers cause problems for some people. I had to use the ones that came with my computer and were a few years old.
Then when I got this computer I switched to a ATI Radeon 5800. Then SL wouldn't work right because it wasn't completely compatible. This was fixed in viewer 2.0.

yea it was the fur that said it before the movie came out on DVD ones it came out I netflix it and I loved it I wished I read the book as a kid

Well the desktop I use is a HP with a AMD Athlon 64x2 Processer and the graphics card it came with is a ATI Radeon 200 Xpress. now the one I got is a ATI Radeon 9250 it meets the requirements for the PC I use SL on and a nothere PC that I have that im trying to get working.

Looks like it should work with Second Life. But I don't know much about ATI products. I was recently told that they have their own driver issue too.

Well when it came on getting the card it came down to if it meets the Requirements on the PC that I use and cost, the one I got yesterday did not work in the desktop so I put it in the one that I do use. So far it works ok but I will look online for updates for it and for the pc to make sure it will ok.

Yea I put the card in it, I dont know if I did it right it's been a long time sin's I have upgrade a PC but so far it's loading SL a bit better but every thing els is now slow like going on the net or playing other games. and my family are tell me to take it out so I may do so and try to see if I can try to get the other desktop working again but so far nothing.

I've red some review on that card. Some of them don't seem to be very good. The specs on it seem okay but I don't know why it slows down on some things. How much did you pay for it? I hope not $200.00

No I paid $69.99 for it, I got it at Staples.

Then if you can get it working, I would say it's worth it. :)

yea I talked to some of my coworkers and one said that I may need more Ram in it :or what my mother calls "how much sheep is in it" so anyway im going to look online and next payday ill take one of the sticks out and head to the store.
