attack on the Upper Room #LVIII

It is sad when people create theories without researching them...

This was an old picture I made to make one of my co-workers happy...and as you can read I've heard enough foolishness from it...
Under Siege
Read Jeremiah 32:27, 36-41
"I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
-Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
MOST of us experience times when we feel as if we are under siege. A close friend of mine is in constant pain and is facing hip replacement surgery. Another has finished a round of chemotherapy and is now beginning radiation to fight her cancer. Another battles debilitating depression.
The prophet Jeremiah spoke to his people who had been literally under siege. The Babylonians had carried them into bondage. But in their suffering, Jeremiah brought a promise of hope and a good future: God had not forgotten them. God promises to "never stop doing good to them." Though they would suffer, they would never be alone, never be without hope.
Centuries later, the prophet Jeremiah still speaks to all those who feel under siege -- by disease, war, and famine. In these and other times of siege, where can we turn for hope? Who can bring peace to our hearts and give us strength to carry on? There is but One, and scripture assures us that nothing is too hard for God. Though difficulty may mark our path, God is stronger and is with us. No matter our struggle, God's promises sustain us.

Prayer
Dear Lord, help us to remember in times of trouble that nothing is too hard for you. Fill us with your love and with hope. Give us the strength not only to endure but to soar and to see the beauty and the good you bring to us each day. Amen.
Thought for the Day
When we feel besieged, God's love is a strong wall around us.

God bles you <3
And if it is serious then i take it you don't see the hypocrisy of feeling attacked when the pic attacks multiple groups saying they are all tools of the devil? Can you conceive that people think and operate differently than you would like and are not evil devil servants or blind puppets for some nameless malicious government entity?
Is it possible that we can continue with this group without stirring up political drama?
Well i will point to this as an example of Poe's law ( " Without a winking smiley or other blatant display of humor, it is impossible to create a parody of Fundamentalism that SOMEONE won't mistake for the real thing." )
Your description in the pic really had me going for a bit
Anyway, I read over the whole page, I do share some of those feelings, the whole "go green" thing is really getting annoying, I hear it all the time. x.x I've been recycling and being resourceful my whole life, and suddenly it's like "the hip new thing"...not really. XD
Can't comment on the other stuff, I have heard rumors on the whole internet-shut-down thing, which is a scary thought, but I'm sure there'd be an uprising about that. I sure as heck wouldn't stand for it.
Anything else is beyond me, as I avoid politics as much as possible nowadays...I don't really believe in shadow government or anything like that. :/
and a person with different political and spiritual views from them was just what they needed!
