Do Copyright laws still stand if it's satire?
If so then why hasn't anyone sued MAD Magazine yet?

THe vast majority of cases reguarding parody, are overturned. The court never even takes the case. This is because it is (supposed to be) a constitutional right.
Only in extreme cases of defamation is it different. (Or basically any case of badmouthing bush. He, apparently, gets special entitlement beyond even civil rights, but can hold you to criminal charges for it, as dozens have discovered the hard way!)
