Dilemma
I just weighed myself and now I'm at 114 pounds, I was at 121 last month
I'm losing weight pretty fast, it's from my diet of almost nothing. I try and eat different foods, but I just end up losing my appetite.
I really don't know what I should do, I'm down to less than one meal a day...

NO, SUPER-SIZE HIM
*sigh*
In fact, you can keep it! I'm sure I'll have no problem replenishing stock.
... but in all seriousness, besides "eat more," I don't have any suggestions. Are you exceptionally stressed out or something? That might be killing your appetite.
*shrugs* I'll try to exercise more, but the heat is brutal right now where I live
I'm not sure what else I can do besides take drugs, things really have been slow lately.
"# Don’t eat fewer than 1,000 calories a day. Your body and metabolism thrive on food. When you fast or crash diet, your metabolism will slow down in order to conserve energy. Imagine your metabolism as a blazing fire. If the fire burns consistently with the appropriate amount of high-quality wood, it will burn at a steady rate. But if it doesn’t have enough wood, the fire goes out. If it has too much wood, it can get out control — just like your waistline! "

Too late :I
......it scares me....
CAKE IS THE ANSWER!
I second this. Make sure to get at least SOMETHING in your stomach each day.
Time for LJ! ;-;
Rice is an incredibly efficient food, calorie-wise. You can't go wrong with rice if you're not eating much. Also: Go running. Either in the morning or at night, but find a route about a mile or two and do that every day.
also experience tells me starvation causes long term health problems.
I've lost lost a lot of weight due to stress before. I would often got for at least 24 hours without eating. Basically all I would eat was hamburgers, since fast food was the only thing I felt I had time for.
If else fails, I'd recommend getting at least keeping a bag of chips and some fruit handy. It's a lot easier to eat when everything is sitting there for you already.
I also agree with Stillman. I've been running every morning (involves getting up before 10) and my mood has been much better. I also feel like my day has much better structure to it, since I start it off with a routine activity that involves me getting off my ass.
I wouldn't worry about it yet. If you get under 110, then yeah, I'd see a doctor. The main thing i can think of is ti try to force yourself to eat.
Caution: you may have a parasite if it's been a relatively short amount of time since the weight loss. D:

The stress is from my parents pressing me to do what they want, I have very little choice other than to move out.
But I have no money and no place to go, so I'm stuck here
In my childhood and my early teens, when I lived with my parents, I often went out less for the sake of going someplace than for the sake of getting out; it allowed me to survive. My parents were likeable and reasonable people, but like many teenagers, I could not stand to be around them for long -- I had to get out. And that, I think, is a healthy and normal reaction, especially if you feel trapped at home: an urge to wander, to see what lies around the corner.
If the heat is too much, then wear a hat and loose clothing, pack a sandwich, a bottle of water... and head out. That's really the best advice that I can offer you, under the circumstances. There is a world out there, waiting to be found.

My will is broken, I don't know what to do

You take antidepressants? The doctor who prescribed them must know something of your family history; perhaps he or she could offer advice on support groups....

Do you have friends online who live in your region, who might be able to dig up information on assistance programs?

At some point, you'll have to get out of there. And the sooner you get out, the sooner you can chart your own way through life.

SOMEONE WEIGHS LESS THAN ME WTF
<--- 5'6, 122lb
Yeah, doesn't help me much. Although after a rather nice session recently I DID eat 11 doughnuts in about 3 minutes. It was fun...
