Maybe you should add copyright toward "Konami/UDE" like I did with fake cards I had in my page. They don't bother me when I did that way. And for other character, beside Konami's create one, I also credited the original owner, since they also approved with it.

It might stink and all,
But dont go thinking they are irked at you. Just being given a little notice, so long as you comply you wont have any further messages about the issue. Should see some people who had to take down their 'whole' gallery due to FA closing the door on 3D art.
