Yay, college! Good luck Drac! :3 What'cha studyin'?

Electronics, specifically Biomedical Electronics. There's an assload of hospitals, medical supply shops, etc, in my area, and it's a field that's only going to get larger, I figure. I shouldn't have too much trouble getting a job, I hear, heh heh.
Thanks for the wish of good luck, though. I'm hoping I won't need it, but I certainly won't say no!

Oh, and to elaborate a little, it's at a tech college, so I'm going to be a technician, rather than a designer or anything like that. 'Sallright by me, though, it's a place to start, and I don't mind working with my hands. :)

Its a pity you are not going for a full engineering degree. The level of skill needed for one isn't much higher then what you probably will need for your tech degree.

I'd like to, but I simply don't have the money available for it. It will be an associate degree, anyway, but... yeah, the major limitation is money, of course.

Ah. Isn't that the rub. Well there is always plan B, get your future job to pay for you to get the BS or better later on. There are still a few companies that do that.

Yes, plenty. The business I work for offers full scholarships for associates pursuing degrees in certain fields.

Wonderful news, Dracon. ^_^ I'll be starting college myself, within the next year or so... Whenever I can convince some important people in my life to get behind me. The field I intend to conquer has alot of course choices, and I'm not one to make snap decisions on a life-changing subject. If only input were easy to obtain... Maybe if I sold drugs, I'd have more connections willing to offer up a favour. XD

That'd be nice if I could get ahold of a setup like that, I would NOT say no, but I'm also not planning my life around it. We'll just have to see what happens, eh?
