Yeah, it's kind of unfortunate, but what is there is very good.

It truely is the BEST SHOW EVER.
Like, I normally am not a space and sci-fi person. But the space western is just to delightful.

once you finish the serie lookup the comics there's a short serie of 5 or 6 comics that follow the story after the season they were awesome too

the pen and paper rpg is pretty fun, I suggest it-lotsa fun.

Yes it is an awesome show. I too am a bit ashamed that i only really found it in the last year or so and wish my friends had forced me to watch it sooner.
I Found the movie (Serenity) that they made afterwards a bit disappointing though. I think mostly because they went in a such a different direction musically from the show, and really the music was a huge part of the show.

I actually liked Serenity. Music aside, it was a good continuation of the story and had a satisfying ending.

Well, I don't mean that I disliked it, cause it's not a bad a film, and I do own a copy of it. I just don't think it lived up to the series quite as well as it could have.
And yes the ending was pretty good.

I don't think anything could recapture the charm of the original series. But seeing River kick so much ass was gratifying in a way few things in cinema shall ever be again :-D

Easily my favorite TV show next to Dexter.

Make sure you watch Serenity when you've finished the series!
