2. Tori Belliachi = Tory Belleci, with more "belly". Alexander Grey = Grey from being grey, Alexander because it's an awesome name.

Even though he has metal bits on the inside, he's also got rubber insulation under the skin to protect against magnetic and electrical fluctuations affecting computery bits. (As an aside, it's the same rubber insulation that allows him to inflate to easily :P)
