OMG I'm soo happy!!! Yes!!!!

I went and looked for a new place to rent on Wednesday, and found this place that is just unbelievably amazing. If I could of written down exactly what I was looking for in a rent place.. Well, it would of described this place perfectly. I wanted it soooo bad. There were like 10 people already that wanted it, too... And because of the rediculously cheap price the guy was asking, more calls all the time. So I had competition..

But I just got the call tonight. He's renting to me. WOOHOO!

It's a nice trailer sitting on a 160 acre horse ranch in the country. but close enough to city to still have DSL. It's quiet, beautiful, and I can have all the pets I want. Has a fenced in yard and I'd have full run of the riding trails and all 160 acres.

Sound too good to be true? Well... a 1 bedroom apartment goes for about $400 a month around here. a nice house rental might be $750 to a $1000. This guy is asking.. get this... $350 a month for this awesome place.
