Well now that I've been home from the hospital for almost a week, I decided to take the time to write up a lil something. I won't gross anyone out with details, but I spent from the 22nd- thanksgiving afternoon in the hospital after coming not to far from 6ft under.

You never really know just how much blood is important to your body until you don't have quite enough for your heart to pump well. I had less than 1/2 the necessary hemoglobin and required a blood transfusion of 4pints. My heart hurt so bad from even walking like 2 steps that I would almost collapse and faint on the floor. The pain finally got so bad I had to have my BF call the ambulance.

I hope everyone took some time to think of things they were thankful for this past thanksgiving. I never thought I'd say I'm thankful for having enough blood o.O
