I don't see how the legality of CUB porn has anything to do with real children. A correlation between a fan of cub art and a child molester can be made, but It is safe to say without the art a child molest will still molest. We CAN argue, using basic psychological principal that the introduction of fantasy child porn to a child porn enthusiast might cause the behavior to persist, but we can also argue that with the lack of an outlet such as make believe children ( of a different species no less) on the internet, can also cause harm.
TAKING away cub porn removes an outlet for these people with these particular mental environments, making them MORE likely to molest a child due to lack of venting through imagery.
Also, the restraint on cub porn is an attack on the imagination. If it were to be illegal to draw underage species outside of the realm of reality who DO not exist in any way then I guess the law owns our creativity as well.
An argument can be made via the SAME conditions why we want to make cub porn illegal or Shota illegal that can be applied to other subjects.
For example. furry art should be illegal because it represents not only a community of bestiality but consists primarily of ILLEGAL animal pornography.
Graphic images of people dieing ( fake, drawn, etc) should also be illegal, it glorifies and displays murder, an illegal act.
Drawings of drugs as well.
The same Analytical approach we apply to shota and cub porn is applicable to other things we wouldn't even THINK of arguing about.
The attacks on shota and cub have been primarily Children Oriented. "think of the children" As some might say. The children who DO NOT EXIST.

My stance has been that while I personally intensely dislike Cub Porn, it's not my place to decide something should or shouldn't be allowed based simply on my moral ideals; that would make me like the Catholic Church or the Church of Latterday Saints. I remain neutral in this drama, and think it's a sad blow, but it's that or FA shuts down. (Not that i would really mind all that much to be honest, not like the Administrator does a good job making people WANT to use the site, making decisions that directly contradict the ToS and their privacy policy)
Also your approach puts much much strain on the mental development and defense of a person caught in a situation where their natural ( mental disorder or not) preferences are faced with stalk opposition. This is detrimental to fixing any problem. Its totalitarian.

Cub art was not removed because of some morals, it was removed to gain more advertisers to keep this site afloat.
Advertisers where pulling out because of the grey area that cub art is. If the law decides to go one way or another with cub art, they wouldn't be critisized for 'supporting' pedophilia.
There was a guy a few years back in Edmonton that went to jail for child pornography for having anime and magna depicting animations of "sexual acts with underage children". I seem to recall some were furries.
I believe the same reasoning they use to identify furry as not being beastiality, being that they are "humanized" so it falls under the rules for human porn.
I hope i'm wrong because i am a fan of freedom of expression however, and i'm a stoner so it's really possible.
